DIY Mini Egg Chair Swing Stand [6:1 Fashion Doll Scale]

This miniature swing stand pairs with the egg chair from my last video. It is sized for 6:1 fashion dolls (11.5″ tall). This is an easy craft made from a square wooden dowel and a bamboo ring.

Supplies:

Square Dowel Rod, 9mm x 9mm x 12″: This forms the main backbone of the stand.

Hacksaw: To cut the dowel rod.

Drill w/ drill bit 3/32″ or smaller: To drill holes for the screws.

Screwdriver: To tighten the screws.

Wood Screws, #6 size: Two to match drill bit size, long enough for a secure hold but not so long that they protrude from the opposite side

Bamboo Ring, 15 cm (~6″): This forms the base of the stand.

Cup Hook, 1/2″: For hanging the chair swing.

Ruler/Cutting Board: This board has been a helpful tool for me to measure and line up my work.

Craft Mat: A nice foundation to catch any loose ends. Makes for easy cleanup at the end.

Pencil: For measurement markings.
